Worldsom, the program of sommellerie international of Bordeaux Ecole Supérieure de la Table, organized on Thursday, March 29th, 2018 its 4th graduation ceremony for Worldsom Magister in the CCI of Bordeaux. In the presence of Serge Dubs, Best Sommelier of the World 1989 and patron of this session.
They were 3 making up this 4th promotion of Worldsom. After 10 weeks of courses distributed in 7 modules, they all obtained Worldsom Magister. The others rather prefered spread their courses in two years.
The ceremony took place in the prestigious CCI of Bordeaux in the presence of the patron.
Our graduates come from different horizons but with a common passion on the wine and the sommellerie: Mathieu Rudelle, Mary-Lou Pasquier and Hugues Bourgeois.
At the end of the graduation ceremony, our new sommeliers were inaugurated to the Commanderie du Bontemps of Médoc, Graves Sauternes and Barsac. They become ambassadors of wines of Bordeaux all over the world.
We shall not miss to follow them, during the years to come, in the biggest international establishments.
